About My Lifeline Inc
Our Mission
My Lifeline Inc. is a community-rooted nonprofit organization that focuses on women and girls—especially survivors of domestic violence and those at risk. Through transformative education, mentorship, and access to safe spaces, we strive to build a future
where every girl recognizes her worth and every woman thrives without fear. My Lifeline Inc. offers transformative educational workshops and support services. We aim to inspire strength, resilience, and independence by providing the tools and resources necessary for personal and professional growth.
HOW WE EMPOWER
At My Lifeline Inc., we empower survivors, women, and young girls through a holistic approach that includes:
- Education and Skills Training: Offering workshops and programs that focus on self esteem, career development, leadership, civil engagement and life skills to help individuals build self-sufficiency and independence.
- Workshops and Emotional Support: These workshops equip participants with knowledge, skills, and tools that boost their self-esteem and self-awareness. When girls and women feel confident, they are more likely to speak up, pursue education, and take leadership roles in their communities.
Empowerment and Confidence Building
- Advocacy and Resources: Assisting survivors with resources, including navigating the justice system, securing protective measures, and understanding their rights.
- Community Engagement: Partnering with local organizations and community members to create a strong support network, raise awareness, and promote long-term safety and empowerment.
- Safe Spaces and Crisis Intervention: Creating safe environments where survivors can access immediate help and safety, ensuring that their basic needs are met as they begin their journey to safety.
Through these comprehensive services, My Lifeline Inc. aims to break the cycle of violence, promote gender equality, and empower women and girls to achieve their dreams.

At My Lifeline Inc., we are committed to empowering women and girls who have survived domestic violence by offering a range of support services that foster healing, growth, and independence. Through awareness and education initiatives, we aim to break the cycle of violence and provide tools for survivors to thrive.
One of our flagship programs is the Ready Set Go Academy, designed to equip young women and girls with the skills they need to navigate the pressures of today’s society. The curriculum is built around fostering healthy relationships, promoting social awareness, and encouraging positive lifestyle choices. By providing these tools, My Lifeline Inc. helps build a future where women and girls can lead empowered, resilient lives.

This investment in our mission will allow us to continue empowering women, supporting survivors of domestic violence, strengthening families, and providing life-changing programs for girls throughout the Merrimack Valley.
