At My Lifeline Inc., we empower survivors, women, and young girls through a holistic approach that includes:

• Education and Skills Training: Offering workshops and programs that focus on self esteem, career development, leadership, civil engagement and life skills to help individuals build self-sufficiency and independence.
• Workshops and Emotional Support: These workshops equip participants with knowledge, skills, and tools that boost their self-esteem and self-awareness. When girls and women feel confident, they are more likely to speak up, pursue education, and take leadership roles in their communities. 

• Advocacy and Resources: Assisting survivors with resources, including navigating the justice system, securing protective measures, and understanding their rights.
• Community Engagement: Partnering with local organizations and community members to create a strong support network, raise awareness, and promote long-term safety and empowerment.
• Safe Spaces and Crisis Intervention: Creating safe environments where survivors can access immediate help and safety, ensuring that their basic needs are met as they begin their journey to safety.
